Hops Archives: Simcoe

Simcoe is a dual purpose hop – aroma and bittering – commonly used in India Pale Ale, Amber Ale, Porter and Belgian beer styles. Simcoe imparts unique passionfruit, pine, earth and citrus characteristics. It is known as a bittering hop with good aroma.
