Hops Archives: Amarillo

Amarillo is an aroma hop. Aromatic qualities include floral, tropical, and citrus (lemon, orange and grapefruit) characteristics. Amarillo is commonly used in India Pale Ale beer styles. It is similar to the Cascade hop.
